Pisani has also previously worked as a producer of news and special programming for NBC and as an advertising creative director. Bringing a major music festival to Cuba has been one of Pisani’s life-long pursuits.

Peter is an accomplished producer, filmmaker and cinematographer with over 15 years experience in film and television. Most recently, he spent time as Executive Producer of The Bachelor franchise, arguably the reality industry’s most culturally relevant and notorious non-scripted television. HIs work on the Bachelor took him to over 30 countries and five continents, where he produced over 70 hours of programming a year.
He has produced for ABC, NBC, MTV, VH1, TLC, Bravo and alongside such clients as Honda, McDonald’s, Disney and more. A graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Peter’s experience, leadership and storytelling expertise make him one of the the most sought-after producers in the industry. After an intense and inspirational look behind the scenes to Havana’s rich arts scene, Pete is very much looking forward to telling the many stories of this beautiful culture and country.

Kenia Salas Laborde is a Cuban producer who has served as Executive Producer and Production Manager in movies, television and advertising, with solid experience organizing film events. Prominent among her works as a documentaries producer are “Previous Scenes” and “Casablanca”, both winners of major international awards and exhibited at numerous festivals around the world.
She was chosen to participate of the 5th Talents Guadalajara, Mexico, as an emerging producer in 2013. Was a member of the Academic Council of the EICTV between the years 2013-2015: being Coordinator of the Departments Documentary, Fiction, First Year and of Nuevas Miradas 6th and 8th editions -a meeting of Film Projects in Development at EICTV, during the 34th and 36th Havana Film Festival- respectively. Currently resides in the United States, where she works as a freelance producer, developing several film projects.

Considered one of the premier sound engineers in all of Cuba, Blanco has toured the world supporting artists such as Pablo Milanes, Ibrahim Ferrer, Omara Portuondo, AfroCuban All Stars, Víctor Manuel, Joaquín Sabina, Joan Manuel Serrat, Luis Represas, Companía de Rafael Amargo, Silvio Rodríguez, Orquesta Sinfonica Nacional de Cuba. His company, OKeventos, is the Cuban event production partner of choice for the Royal Ballet of Cuba, as well as Wynton Marsalis and Jazz at Lincoln Center when visiting the island.

Currently the VP of Programming for Wanderlust Festivals, Alsultany has worked with Putumayo World Music as Director of Festivals & Tours and at Palm Pictures as Director of A&R and Festivals alongside industry legend Chris Blackwell. He founded and produced the 2012 Tadasana Festival of Yoga and Music in Santa Monica in partnership with Kevin Wall (LiveAid, Live Earth). Alsultany has has worked as a DJ, music producer, artist manager, remixer, and musician on dozens of albums.

Over the past decade, Kayhan has consulted with a wide variety of international music and arts organizations with business planning, management, and development. She is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of artists, designers and the organizations that serve them. Kayhan has also served as Director Of Putumayo World Music’s product development division, followed by heading operations at the electronic music school, Dubspot, from 2011-2014. She has also produced numerous concerts and festival stages, including founding the non-profit Persian arts organization, Persian Arts Festival.

Shana is the founder and principal of The Fried Firm PLLC, a boutique law firm for creatives based in Brooklyn, NY. She has 15+ years experience working within the entertainment industry, first as DJ and event producer, artist manager, film and music producer, and in the last decade as an entertainment attorney and owner of a handful of indie record labels. In 2010, Shana formed and operated Higgins + Fried LLP, an entertainment law firm, and from 2008-2010 was a partner at Martinez Law, a film and entertainment firm. Hailing from Northern California, Shana also has a degree in music business from Northeastern University and is well-versed in the NYC nightlife scene. She received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2007.
